If you already have a permanent magnet, would using electricity make them stronger?
I mean like hooking it up to a battery, making an electromagnet.

I want to make a levitation device. All I found on the net is using a superconductor and liquid nitrogen to levitate a magnet. but I want to make a levitation device using electricity or electromagnets. Is it possible to do so? Please I really want to build one.

A magnetic bar has a positive and negative side and when you put the neg side of a magnet next to the neg side of another magnet there is repulsion. A sphere has a magnetic attraction over its entire outside surface. Is there a way to create repulsion of it maybe with a different shaped magnet or any means outside using electricity?
If the positive ends of bar magnets will repel against the positive side of a magnetic sphere, the answer sounds specific and maybe the negative side of the sphere won’t repel against the negative ends of bar magnets?

please just clarify how you can make a magnet using electricity (and of course other objects)

I am working on a project that could possible revolutionize the today’s future by the means of fuel-less transportation. In order to do so i need to know if there is the technology to increase the magnetic force in a magnet using electricity for both a negative and positive magnets(When a positive(P) is attracted to a negative(N) magnet or N/N P/P) . If this has already been invented please leave a link were you got the Information from.
